Rankin Terrace Non-Profit Housing Corporation provides safe, good quality, affordable family housing. The housing was constructed in 1983 and currently operates as social housing under the Ontario Housing Services Act.
Rankin Terrace consists of 52 three-bedroom townhouses.
The Rankin Terrace Board of Directors oversees the management and sustainability of the housing corporation, sets policy, and ensures its ongoing financial viability. Day-to-day management of the complex is carried out under contract by Fahel & Co Property Management.
